Goals and strategies

Iran Minerals Processing Research Center has compiled its strategic transformation and development plan for a six-year period from 2019 to 2025  in an integrated manner with the strategic plan of the Development and Modernization Organization of Mines and Mineral Industries of Iran (IMIDRO).

In pursuit of the vision, mission and fundamental values of the research Center, the strategic objectives of the Center to  acheive the desired goals :are as follow

Strategic goals

  • fas fa-check-circleGaining the ability to transform demand-oriented research ideas into technical and economic technologies and turning them into a sustainable technological competitive advantage of the center in the industry of processing and extracting mineral materials and products at the national and international levels.
  • fas fa-check-circle Achieving a revenue share of at least 60% in the center's income portfolio by 2025 through the commercialization of applied research results and technology development.
  • fas fa-check-circle Achieving and continuously increasing the share of income derived from providing specialized and advanced services to foreign and overseas clients in the center's revenue portfolio
